Fall Schedule & Move

The schedule for the next two weeks out of the Hillcrest location.

Mon & Wed:

5:30 pm – 6:45 Fighter fitness/Boxing Fundamentals

6:00 pm – 7:30 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi)

7:30 pm – 8:45 Boxing (all levels)

Tues & Thurs:

5:30 pm – 6:30 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (no-gi

6:30 pm – 7:30 Bang Muay Thai kickboxing

** Our MMA program includes the no-gi and the Muay Thai program

6:30 pm – 8:00 Self defense

Friday:

Open Mat – Check our Leading Edge Facebook Group page for training times.

Saturday:

11:00 am – 12:30 pm Fighter Fitness and Boxing (all levels)

Sunday:

11:00 am – 12:30 pm BJJ (gi)

The Fall schedule will begin either Sept 26 th as we move over to the Dome or October 1 st if the owners are not quite ready for us . The Fall schedule will look something like this, there still may be a tweak or two there will be classes conducted in the fitness area at 4:30 pm that is not on the schedule and a new beginner Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu class will be added to help first timers.

Mon & Wed:

5:30 pm – 6:30 Fighter fitness (Starts mid October)

6:30 pm – 7:30 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi)

7:30 pm – 8:45 Boxing (all levels)

9:30 am – 11:00 am Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi & no-gi)

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Submission Wrestling/No-Gi BJJ

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Fighter fitness/Fundamental Boxing.

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Bang Muay Thai kickboxing

6:30 pm – 8:00 pm Self defense

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm Competitor training class/open mat (MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, & BJJ)

Friday:

5:30 pm -7 pm Open Mat

11:00 am – 12:30 pm Fighter Fitness and Boxing (all levels)

1:00 pm – 2:30 pm BJJ (no-gi) (Starts mid October)

Sunday:

11:00 am – 12:30 pm BJJ (gi)
