2016 Summer Schedule

Begins June 20th

Mon & Wed

5:30 pm- 6:45 – Fighter fitness / Boxing Fundamentals
6 pm – 7:30 – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi)
7:30 pm – 8:45- Boxing (all levels)
8:45 pm – 9:15 Yoga for athletes

Tues & Thurs

5:30 pm – 6:30 – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (no-gi)
6:30 pm – 7:30 Bang Muay Thai kickboxing
** Our MMA program includes the no-gi and the Muay Thai program.
6:30 pm -8 – Self defence
7:30 pm – 9 pm. Competitor training class open mat – MMA , Boxing , Muay Thai kickboxing and BJJ.

Friday

Open Mat – Check our Leading Edge group page for training times.

Saturday

11am – 12:30 pm- Fighter fitness and Boxing (all levels)
1pm – 2:30 -pm – BJJ (no-gi) (non till fall)

Sunday

11am – 12:30- BJJ (gi)
