Monday & Wednesday

  • 5:30 pm – 6:40 pm – Boxing
  • 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm – BJJ (gi)
  • 7:30 pm – 8:40 pm – Boxing
  • 8:40 pm – 9:10 pm – Yoga for athletes

Tuesday & Thursday

  • 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm – BJJ (No-gi)
  • 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm – MMA (Both the No-gi & Bang Muay Thai classes)
  • 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Self Defense
  • 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Bang Muay Thai
  • 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Open Mat for Competitors (all classes), Tuesday only
  • 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Competition Boxing class, Thursday only

Friday

  • 5:30 pm – Open Mat (all Leading Edge students)

Saturday

  • 11:00 am – 12:30 pm – Boxing
  • 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm – BJJ (No-gi)

Sunday

  • 11:00 am – 12:30 pm – BJJ (gi)
