2016 Summer Schedule

Begins June 20th

Mon & Wed

  • 5:30 pm – 6:45 Fighter fitness / Boxing Fundamentals
  • 6:00 pm – 7:30 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi)
  • 7:30 pm – 8:45 Boxing (all levels)
  • 8:45 pm – 9:15 Yoga for athletes

Tues & Thurs

  • 5:30 pm – 6:30 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (no-gi)
  • 6:30 pm – 7:30 Bang Muay Thai kickboxing
    ** Our MMA program includes the no-gi and the Muay Thai program
  • 6:30 pm – 8:00 Self defence
  • 7:30 pm – 9:00 Competitor training class open mat (MMA , Boxing , Muay Thai kickboxing and BJJ)


  • Open Mat – Check our Leading Edge Facebook Group page for training times


  • 11:00 am – 12:30 pm Fighter Fitness and Boxing (all levels)
  • 1pm – 2:30 BJJ (no-gi) (non till fall)


  • 11:00 am – 12:30 pm BJJ (gi)

  2. Hello! I’m a 21 year old female who has no experience in this sort of marital art and I am looking to improve my health as I am not very active. Would these classes be too difficult for a beginner? Thanks!


  3. Excellent kids fitness and self defense program. Matt the instructor is fantastic with the kids. Good variety that will keep the them motivated and great self esteem builder as well. My 11 years old son started in the summer and loves it very much.

  5. Due to my schedule it is not possible for me to do both the Tuesday and Thursday Muay Thai, is it possible to do the Thursday class, and then a different class on Monday? Is the membership for once class only?

  6. Hey. I was looking to spar maybe two times a week. Would your gym be able to accommodate ? I have prior experience and train regularly (five to six days a week). I am looking to get into amateur boxing in the near future. Thank you
